THE IDEA

Not a traditional coworking.

POINT ZERO is being designed as a flexible base for remote work, learning and community life. Around 14 quality workspaces form the core, while a flexible zone can adapt for workshops, classes and small group activities.

01

Work

Comfortable desks, ergonomic seating, fiber internet and air conditioning — with enough space to work well, not just fit more people in.

02

Learn

For example: small practical sessions in languages, AI, Excel, wellbeing, photography, business and other useful skills.

03

Connect

A small community for people who live on La Palma, work remotely or spend part of the year on the island.

THE REAL SPACE

Around 180 m² overall. Designed around how people will actually use it.

The current architectural layouts map roughly 149 m² of usable areas within the wider premises. The interior is still being designed, so we are keeping the plan flexible until demand is clearer.

The low-height mezzanine is part of the space, but its final use is still under technical and design review. We are not presenting it as a standard work area.

POINT ZERO PRINCIPLES

Every square metre should earn its place.

01

Comfort before maximum density.

02

Flexible furniture before fixed event zones.

03

Community without forcing people to socialise.

04

A simple operation designed to work without a permanent reception desk.
